ACCOMMODATION

Oslofjord Convention Center is an event company that offers overnight stays for everyone taking part in an event. Accommodation is offered in small apartments with a fully equipped, but small kitchen, one bathroom and up to 10 beds/mattresses. With 7-10 people in an apartment, the sofa will have to be used as a double bed and there will be mattresses on a small, open loft.

Teams/groups that are booking several apartments will have their apartments as close as possible, depending on the teams needs/booking. Please be aware that all booked apartments might not be on the same floor/in the same building.

The prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and includes breakfast packages to pick up. Prices are per night.

FOOD PACKAGES

Breakfast is included with accommodation. All meals, including breakfast, will have to be picked up by each participant in designated pick-up tents at the Festival Square or by the entrance of the competition area.

Oslofjord offers food packages for lunch, snacks and dinner from Tuesday June 25th to Sunday June 30th. Breakfast is included Monday July 1st. The menu is not set yet, more information will come as soon as we have it available.

All meals will be nut free. It is possible to book gluten, lactose and milk protein free food packages, as well as vegetarian and vegan food packages.

Oslofjord are also planning to offer pop-up stores with snacks and meals, however the pop-ups does not have unlimited amount of food to sell, and we encourage everyone to order food packages for their stay.

DRINKS

Drinks are not included in the food packages, except during BBQ dinner Thursday and Sunday where 1 mineral water is included in the price.

Tap water is safe to drink and we encourage everyone to have a re-fill water bottle with them the entire event.
